OUR JOURNEY

Founding and Early Years:
The journey of AL NOOR TRUST began in 2012 under the leadership of the esteemed Hafiz Muhammad Bashir Naqshbandi Mujaddadi. Initially, the centre operated from a rented building, and later, a personal home was converted into a madrasa to provide religious education. During these early years, the institution faced multiple challenges, including accommodation for students, food arrangements, and basic facilities. By the grace of Allah, through perseverance and dedication, the centre continued to grow and expand its services.

Educational Services for Boys:
Initially, the Centre catered only to boys. Over the years, many scholars received their education here, and numerous students memorised the Quran and are now serving the community. Every year during Ramadan, students lead Tarawih prayers, and this year, 12 to 15 students are participating. Additionally, Tajweed courses were introduced for boys to strengthen both their religious knowledge and practice.

Facilities and Programs for Girls:
Later, the centre established separate educational and residential facilities for girls. In line with evolving needs, practical courses such as sewing machine training and other skill development programs were introduced for girls, enabling them to grow academically, practically, and socially.

Growth and Community Impact:
By the grace of Allah, today Al-Noor Islamic Centre educates over 250+ students, and including staff, more than 300+ individuals benefit daily from meals and other services. The centre’s mission extends beyond education, providing a complete nurturing environment for spiritual, moral, and social development. It aims to prepare students to excel in knowledge, faith, and character, while actively contributing to society and serving the wider community.
